I found this sample loophole site
How do you put picks in the banner at top
Go here to see the sample site I found
http://www.software–accounting.com/
@Tim: I’ve looked at the “sample site” you have referenced. By “picks” to you mean “pics” (ie the header image)? If that’s not what you are referring to, I’m not clear what you are asking.
If you are asking about how to insert an image, then I’d recommend you check out the latest pdf resource I created for Loopholers which you can find here: http://www.im-wpthemes.com/MoneySiteGuide.pdf
Inside the guide you will find several videos I created including the “Money Site” video that will show how to insert an image.
If you don’t have a website editor already, you can get a pretty decent one for free here: http://www.kevin-koop.com/recommends/FreeWebBuilder
To your success,

Where does the linkubaiter code go on the money sites? I thought it was on the footer but I don’t see it on the themes. My notes say 4 lists for linkubaiter: 1. red widgets, 2 blue widgets, 3 blue and red widgets, 4 keywords for blogs linking to all the other blogs. Am I dreaming?
@Jenna - I know that Dave talks about using LUB code on the money sites but I don’t personally recommend it. Now, I know that Dave and Chris are the obvious gurus of the Ultimate Search Engine Loophole system (they created it) but I don’t use it on any of mine.
I will have to play with adding the php code (generated by LUB) into the footer of the Money Sites I created and see how it goes. As of now, I haven’t done it.
Will have to get back to you in regards to this.
Be blessed,
Kevin
Kevin,
I was given a freebie with the Loophole system, RSS Spider. The support given by DaveKelly and co is really about using it but I need advice on setting it up. Have you used RSS Spider? If so do you have a guide?
Do you recommend another RSS Spider?
@David Taylor - I haven’t used RSS Spider. I did, like you, get it with my purchase of the Ultimate Search Engine Loophole product but haven’t had time to play with it yet.
I will ask my members if anyone has any experience and post any updated information I find back here on the blog.
If no one responds soon, I’ll try to play with it and get back to you. However, I can’t promise a fast response time so if you really want to give it a go… you’ll probably do best by just digging into it to see if you can break it. (just kiddin’ - I mean figure it out)
***If any other Loopholer sees this comment and is using RSS Spider I’d sure appreciate it if you would give David some tips on setting up RSS Spider.***
Much success,
Kevin
@Jenna - The answer to how to add the LinkUBaiter code to a money site is an easy one… can’t believe I didn’t think of this earlier.
Here is what you need to do to put rotating LinkUBaiter links on your html Money Site page.
Step One:
Copy the php code generated by LinkUBaiter that you want to use on your Money Site.
Step Two:
Paste the code in the appropriate place in your template (say beneath the link to the Privacy Policy page).
Step Three:
Upload the revised page to your server
Step Four:
Once you have the new page on your server (most likely named index.html or index.htm) all you need to do to cause the links to start working is change the extension of the page to .php
It has to be a .php page in order for the php “call” to the LinkUBaiter script to work. I use FileZilla as my ftp client and all I have to do to rename the file is (a) Right-Click on the index file (already uploaded to the server) and then choose “rename” from the options in the window and (b) change the file name to index.php
Voila, your LUB links should now be working like a charm!
Hope this helps,
Kevin
The instructions for inserting the LUB links for money sites say to put the code in the “footer” of the page. Do you think that means within actual footer html () or just at the bottom of the page?
Do you think it makes a difference?
@Kay -
Where you put the php code snippet generated by LinkUBaiter will entirely depend on the template you are using. It should be easy for you to figure out though… simply place the code where you think you want it and follow the instructions that I gave to Jenna earlier on this Resources page.
With the page live, you’ll be able to see if the links are rendering as you would like or not. If they’re not showing up properly, you can just move the code snippet to another place in the code and try again.
Now, if you are using one of the Money Sites that I have personally created then let me know which one you are using (version one or version two) and I will give you a code example for where it could be placed.
Best wishes,
Kevin
Thanks Kevin. Can’t wait for your new templates!
Maybe this has been addressed elsewhere, but here it goes…Do you have any idea why H1 tags are not recommended on the Money Sites in The Ultimate Search Engine Loophole?
@Kay -
I’m extremely excited about the new offer I will be making next week! The whole package has been improved because of my beta tester’s comments about three or four times… it just keeps getting better!
Regarding the use (or non-use) of H1 tags…
I honestly do not know the reasoning behind why Dave and Chris say NOT to use H1 tags. This is a common on-page SEO tactic and is recommended when targeting Google (or most other SEs for that matter) so why it’s not recommended for MSN is beyond me.
I did a quick search on MSN.com for the term “affiliate marketing.” The top organic result was Wikipedia so I ignored that one. The next was AffiliateScout.com and a quick search of their source code revealed that they were not using the h1 tag.
The next result, however, was AffiliateClassroom.com and they are using the h1 tag so…
While this certainly isn’t a “perfect” nor “definitive” test it does tell me that MSN will certainly rank you if you are using the h1 tag. I’ve also seen strong rankings for .info and .biz domains so this is something that CAN work as well. (still, I’d always recommend .com extensions).
Dave and Chris (as the creators of the Ultimate Search Engine Loophole system) are very experienced and I know they know their stuff, but I would suggest you test things yourself rather than taking their (or my opinions) as the final word on the subject.
In my own testing, I am still getting more traffic from Google than I am from MSN even on sites built more to Dave and Chris’ standards.
Hope this helps and much success,
Kevin
@ David,
Did you get the RSS Spider working? I think Dave put a video up in the loophole resource center. Try looking there, if you can’t find it and still need help email me at rhayes@thatsmylead.com and I’ll help you!
@ Kevin,
Why aren’t you using custom permalinks on this blog? /%category%/%postname%/. Did you forget to set that up or?
@russellhayes –
I figured that sooner or later, someone would ask ask me why I didn’t set up a more SEO friendly permalink structure but figured I’d wait to answer until someone asked… good for you! ;- )
The reason is this…
I have two protected membership areas attached to this domain for my VIP and High Roller members in my Loophole Membership System. The membership script that controls these member areas uses .htaccess and it conflicts with custom permalink stuctures.
So, for this particular blog, I have no choice but to leave the permalink structure at its default setting… otherwise, it breaks the membership login pages.
Now you now,
Kevin
I was wondering if you had run into the following issue with Caffenated Content: I have used it on 4 of my loophole blogs so far. The first one was fine then after that regardless of the template (yours or others) I upload it, enter the License info and everything per Dave’s videos… then afetr I run it, if I go to run it again it tells me that my license does not compute and I have to re-enter everything again to run another keyword. Do it does not appear to hold the license info -is this normal? Do I have to re-enter the info everytime?
Also—Are we supposed to check the box for Debug when we run CC on our blogs?
Hi Kevin,
Do you are any of the other readers have any experience with Class-C IP’s? I have Arranged for 10 Class C + 10 IP’s + DNS with a company. However the IP’s only have the C-class number changing. All the other numbers are the same. Is this okay or is there something wrong…it’s a shared hosting account by the way.
Thanks in advance.
Alex
P.S. As a Baby Boomer, I found a real lack of instructions, to help me set up Packages, Accounts. I’m still working through it all, slowly.
@Alex — Yeah, I have experience with both SEO Hosting and Reseller Hosting (in addition to standard hosting hosting plans).
Most Reseller Hosting Plans and SEO Hosting Plans utilize the “WHM” Control Panel and do require you to set up “Packages” and “Accounts” inside your WHM Control Panel.
If you are going to be using all of the available IPs for yourself, then you can just set up one “Package” and then use it for all of your IPs. Basically, you can just evenly divide your “resources” between the number of IPs for your account.
For example… let’s say you had a total of 100 Megabytes of disk space and you were allotted ten IPs. You could use “10 Mb” for the disk space value when setting up the “Package” such that each IP would get the same space allottment.
If, however, you are going to be reselling hosting and offering different “plans,” then you may want to set up more than one “Package” variation. (I know this is somewhat confusing to explain but I am hoping this helps)
As far as Class C IPs are concerned, it is the Class C value that is most important. So, if the third set of numbers (the Class C values) are all different, you should be just fine.
Example: XXX.XXX.456.XXX — XXX.XXX.323.XXX have unique Class C values and it won’t matter if the A, B and D class are all alike.
Best wishes,
Kevin
